For Rescheduled or Cancelled Shows

For either cancelled or rescheduled shows, if you purchased from the MotorCity Casino Hotel Box Office, please email us at sbrefunds@mccemail.com. In your email, please include the following information:

  • Full name, address and contact phone number
  • Name of the show tickets were purchased for
  • Ticket section number, row and seat # of EACH ticket you are requesting a refund for Method of payment
  • Photo copy or PDF scan of each ticket a refund is being requested for multiple tickets can be included in one document
  • Please allow thirty (30) days to receive your refund once submitted


  • For rescheduled shows:

    All current tickets are valid for the rescheduled date. NO NEED TO EXCHANGE YOUR TICKET. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, we will gladly issue you a full refund for your ticket(s).

  • Tickets for full refunds should be returned to the original point of purchase.
  • If you purchased through Ticketmaster directly, tickets will automatically be refunded to your credit card within fourteen (14) business days.
  • For questions, please check their website at ticketmaster.com
  • Please note that due to that national level of event changes, there will be a delayed response however their website does have specific information to assist.
