Entertainment") owns and operates the website located at www.SoundBoardDetroit.com,
(the "Website"). Detroit Entertainment respects the privacy of every
individual who visits our Website or uses our services. This Privacy Policy
outlines the types of information we collect from you or that you provide to us
through our Website and how that information will be used. This Privacy Policy
will also instruct you on what to do if you do not want this information
collected and how to “opt out” if you do not wish to receive communications
from us. This Privacy Policy does not
govern personal information collected by Detroit Entertainment in any manner
other than through the Website.

club account for our “Roadies Club”, enter an online promotion or request information),
Detroit Entertainment may request that you supply us with personally

address, email address, and the last four digits of your social security
number (“Personal Information”). If you choose to give
us Personal Information through the Website, we will collect and retain that

promotional emails relating to Sound Board, from time to time, we may send you
promotional emails about our affiliates or other third parties. If you do not
wish to receive correspondence from us, you may opt out at any time by following
the specific instructions in the “Requesting Removal of Your Information/Opting

B. While Detroit Entertainment will

organizations when we have your consent to share such information. If we do not
have your consent, Detroit

defend the rights, property or safety of Detroit Entertainment,
its patrons or the public as required or permitted by law.
D. Due to the existing regulatory
environment, we cannot guarantee that your Personal

E. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT DETROIT

FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF INTERCEPTED
INFORMATION IN ANY UNAUTHORIZED MANNER.
3. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Website is not designed for use by children and minors.
Detroit Entertainment does not knowingly collect any Personal Information from
individuals under the age of 18, and therefore we do not knowingly distribute

Club and/or direct marketing lists so that you will not receive future
communications. In order to ensure prompt removal from such list(s), use one of
the following methods: (i) as to the Roadies Club list,
follow the specific instructions outlined within the email communications you
receive from us or send a request to be removed from the Roadies Club list to info@soundboarddetroit.com,
(ii) as to the Roadies Club list or direct marketing list, you may send an email
to info@soundboarddetroit.com
with the words "Direct Mail Removal Request" and/or “Email Removal
Request” in the subject line and your name and address in the body of the
email, (iii) you may call us at 1-866-752-9622, and ask to be removed from our Roadies
Club and/or direct marketing lists, (iv) you may send your written request to:

Information will not ensure the permanent removal of such information from the Website.
For example, such Personal Information may remain in Detroit Entertainment’s

Website have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Detroit
Entertainment. Detroit
Entertainment has no responsibility or liability for those
